Summer Kickoff Event: Learning the Foundational Components of the Program (3.5 hours)

Learn about the foundational frameworks of the FFS-R program, including the Science of Reading, the Instructional Hierarchy, implementation readiness, and systems-level thinking for MTSS.

Choose from one of the following options to attend as a school leadership team.

Facilitator Training 1: Preparing for your Fall Universal Screening Data Team Meeting (2 hours)

Learn how to facilitate the Fall Universal Screening Data Team Meeting with a focus on core (Tier 1) instruction).

Facilitator Training 2: Preparing for your Fall Supplemental Group Data Team Meeting (2 hours)

Learn how to facilitate the Fall Supplemental Group Data Team Meeting with a focus on Tier 2 instruction.

Fall PD Event: Learning about Explicit and Systematic Reading Instruction (3.5 hours)

Learn about practices essential to the Science of Reading, including explicit, systematic, and sequential instruction. Note: Additional teachers from your school are encouraged to attend if possible.
